Terms of Service & Refund Policy 

I.    Minimum deposit of $100.00 is required to bind terms. 

Checks should be payable to:

 Bluesky Sound & Light.

II.     Any deposit received is non-refundable.

III.     Parties entering into a contract are permanently bound to fulfill the obligations by this agreement.

 The only exceptions are the following conditions:

    Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities, or

  the event described herein is completely cancelled, and a minimum of 60 days notice is given.

IV.    In the event that Bluesky Sound & Light becomes unable to provide his services due to complications beyond their control,

a reputable replacement shall be provided at no more than the original price agreed on.

V.    Any and all information or details must be communicated before the 5 days preceding the performance.

VI.     Bluesky Sound & Light shall not be held liable for any action arising from,

 or in connection with any individuals not directly affiliated with Bluesky Sound & Light. 

 Furthermore, the party(s) contacting agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all damages caused by themselves or their guests,

 involving any of Bluesky Sound & Light's property.

VII.    The parties purchasing the services of Bluesky Sound & Light agree to allow Bluesky Sound & Light

 to use pictures and video images taken at this event for promotional purposes.
